We've raised $5.4Mn to help apps and games scale

US & India, July 31st, 2025: GameRamp, an AI-native publishing operating system built for the next wave of mobile games & consumer apps, has raised a $5.4 million pre-seed funding round led by BITKRAFT Ventures, with participation from South Park Commons, Mixi, DeVC, Sony Innovation Fund (SIF), and others.

The capital raised will accelerate GameRamp’s expansion of its engineering and applied AI teams in the USA and India, rapidly advancing product development. The investment will also expedite the launch of two services: Sentinel, a reinforcement learning-based AI agent offering real-time optimization of in-game economies, offer timing, and ad monetization; and Grow, a one-click embedded financing layer that leverages GameRamp’s ML-driven forecasts to provide developers seamless access to growth capital.

Founded by Vivek Ramachandran and Sashank Vandrangi, GameRamp acts as an AI copilot for monetization and growth teams, empowering developers to experiment and deploy monetization strategies at unprecedented speed. By automating always-on optimizations, GameRamp helps studios drive a 40–60% increase in ARPDAU. GameRamp continuously improves in the background, ensuring features are always optimally tuned.
